Ingredients:
* 3 lbs. Country Style Ribs
* 1 Onion (sliced)
* 1 tsp. Grated Ginger
* 1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce
* 1/3 cup Rice Vinegar
* 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
* 2 tsp. Sesame Oil

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
2. Cook on High for 4 hours, or Low for 8 hours.
