Slow Cooker Chicken Salsa Tacos

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup Salsa

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
Cook on High for 3-4 hours, or Low for 6-8 hours.
Using a fork, flake chicken and stir into salsa.
Serve with flour tortillas and any additional toppings.
