Slow Cooker Italian Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients:
* 3 lbs. Pot Roast
* 1 Onion (chopped)
* 16 oz. can Green Chiles or Pepperoncini
* 14.5 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
* 2 - 1 oz. packets Italian Dressing Seasoning
* 1 tsp. Oregano
* 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
* 1/2 cup Water

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
3. Remove roast and shred.
4. Return to slow cooker with juices.
5. Serve on desired bread.
