Another simple chicken dish with a worldly blend of flavors!

Ingredients:
* 3 lbs. Chicken (any cut)
* 2 Sweet Onions (wedged)
* 2 Lemons (wedged)
* 16 oz. Green Olives
* 1 tbsp. Paprika
* 2 tsp. Turmeric
* 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
* 2 tsp. Cumin
* 1 tsp. Black Pepper
* 1 tsp. Salt
* 4 cloves Pressed Garlic
* 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* 1/4 cup Lemon Juice

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
2. Add chicken, onions, lemons, and olives to prepared 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
4. Bake for 30-45 minutes, depending on your cut of meat.
