Pressure Cooker Sweet and Sour Beef

Ingredients:
* 2 lbs. Beef Stew Meat
* 1 tsp. Black Pepper
* 1 tsp. Salt
* 1 Onion (cut in chunks)
* 1 Red Bell Pepper
* 1 Green Bell Peppers
* 2 Sweet and tart Green Apples (chopped)
* 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
* 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions:
1. Season beef with salt, and pepper. Add to the pressure cooker.
2. In a small bowl combine brown sugar and vinegar.
3. Add remaining ingredients and sauce to the pressure cooker.
4. Pressure cook for 30 minutes on medium.
