This is something I’ve thought about a lot lately because the gyms are more packed and I’ve ever seen them in my life and I am often times having to rearrange my workouts to adapt to the busyness in the gym. I talk about the pros and cons to rearranging exercises in your work out and what the implications are, if you do so. It’s not the end of the world, but there can be some issues that pop up especially if you’re going for heavier weights in that work out but your safety should always come first in situations like these.
