Why is LA Clippers Owner Steve Ballmer Donating Money to Black Businesses ONLY? | @RRPSHOW

In 2022, LA Clippers owner, #SteveBallmer announced he was going to donate 400 million dollars in investment funds to go to Black investment fund managers to invest in Black businesses only. Ballmer in 2022 was not the only White person or business controlled by White people to give money to Black-owned businesses. Pepsi, Amazon, and others have donated large amounts of dollars to assist in funding Black businesses only. Why is this happening? More importantly, why aren’t Black millionaires assisting Black businesses?
And after all of this donating, are the businesses doing better after the donations?
