Just a tip, Don't Rely on Motivation in the Gym
Motivation can get you in to the gym sometimes but motivation is not consistent and will never be there when you really need it. Of course it is easy to work out when you’re motivated but what about on the days that you’re not motivated? Discipline is also a really nice thing to have but it isn’t the easiest to develop and requires a bit of time before you can say you’re disciplined to do something nice for you to talk about a little bit of tips and tricks to get consistency in the gym
