This horror anthology title features three stories of various quality and theme, several of which are reprints from other works. In this issue, a monster maker thinks he found some fresh victims. A shipwrecked man finds himself at a mysterious lighthouse. And, in the final story, a government agent attempts to arrest a man with a giant tentacled monster!
