Firemen Save Stuck Dog

Info from Licensor: "I record the video of abang bomba saving the dog stranded on the ledge of a 10th-floor apartment building in Teluk Kumbar. It happened on 11/01/2023 around 3.00 pm at an apartment in Teluk Kumbar, Penang. The lost dog came from the hill behind, and it entered via a connecting bridge that links the multilevel car parking building with the residential unit. The Fire and Rescue Department takes about 1 hour to coax the dog. During the rescue, the dog seems motionless and needs to be coaxed to release the stress and get calm by getting food and water. The rescue ends around 4.30 pm using a gunny sack to block the dog's view and a towel to wrap it and move it to safety."
