Are You Getting Correct Privacy Advice? Understanding Your Threat Model

I'll show you some typical advice you get on the Internet about privacy and you will find, if you really understand the subject, that the advice will not help you privacy at all. This is because many so called experts are giving advice without full comprehension of what we call the "threat model".
