At least 18 killed in helicopter crash near kindergarten in Ukraine

Authorities say Ukraine's interior minister, Denis Monastyrsky, was among at least 18 people killed in helicopter crashed in the city of Brovary Wednesday. 29 others were injured. According to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Head, at least three of those killed were children. The crash took place near a kindergarten and a residential building
