Resistance... we all face it. Sometimes we don’t recognize what it is and sometimes we think it means more than it actually does. What if we could handle the daily (YES, daily) resistance to do things- even things that we want to do? Life could be so much more enjoyable once we see resistance for what it is and learn to accept it without letting it stop us from moving forward. It shows up in self sabotaging behaviors and who wouldn’t want to get a grip on those?
