Continuing our series about the Underground Railroad, in this video we discuss J.B. Grinnell, abolitionist, preacher, congressman and founder of the city of Grinnell, Iowa - a city founded on abolitionist principles and now also the home of @brownells !

More importantly, however, we discuss the "Riot of 1860" in which 4 black men saved their lives by being armed against a mob intending to kill them.
