If we just brush our teeth before bed, we only cleaned 60% of our teeth,and it’s not enough. My suggested process is, we do the flossing first before brushing our teeth. Dental tape will be better than a floss pick which is more efficient. I recommend everyone take the time to learn how to floss yourself…
