Rep. Pat Proctor's January Town Hall

Before he returned to Topeka to serve the people of Leavenworth and Fort Leavenworth, State Representative Pat Proctor held a town hall to talk about local schools and what we can do about them at the state and local level. He also talked about inflation and reducing taxes, beginning with property taxes.
