2 large (or 3 reg) Plantains,
1/2 tsp Cumin,
1/2 tsp Pepper,
Pinch of Salt,
1/2 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs,
6 cubs (dice size) Oaxaca Cheese,
20 oz Oil (for frying)
