I love to watch chips dance when cutting aluminium.

6mm thickness aluminium plate, 3mm DLC coated bit, running at 24k, 1.5mm DOC 1500mm per minute cautious cutting speed, to help with chips caught in the cut. Low powered air blower for chip clearance.
