Many employers use a third-party administrator, or TPA, to manage their drug and alcohol testing program. The above mentioned TPA’s are the most common ones we see for the Houston area. If you have a violation with any one of these TPA’s, you will most likely be ineligible to work for any company who uses them until you have successfully completed the required return to duty program.
