A guide that I use to tell if you Injured yourself or if its just DOMS. Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness happens after a workout, and you can usually feel it while you move your muscles through a range of motion, but you will typically not feel it at rest. If you feel pain well you’re not moving then you might very well have an injury. If you ever suspect that you have an injury, go see a doctor right away as you wanna catch these things early.
