Koorong Offers Public Apology for Heavy-Handedness During COVID

I chatted with Deb about her experience at Koorong Springwood that resulted in her complaint to, and a subsequent hearing before, the Queensland Human Rights Commission (QHRC). Deb's brave actions have drawn a public apology from Koorong.

The public apology from Koorong has received a positive response from many Christians who see repentance, followed by forgiveness, as the way forward after the fear-fuelled division our nation has experienced.

Deb is a gentle warrior who exudes the peace and love of Christ. She is a wonderful example of carrying truth and the justice heart of God in love.

May her story of standing up for truth and justice (resulting in repentance), and her readiness to forgive, be an inspiration for organisations, companies, churches, and governments across this nation to take steps in the right direction.
