Ukraine nuclear power plant raises IAEA flag

Workers at the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant in Ukraine raised the flag of the International Atomic Energy Agency, as the head of the United Nations nuclear watchdog, Rafael Grossi, on Monday (January 17) promised the continuous presence of a team there.
