In this video, I am helping a client determine what his views might be from 2 different buildings at Pulte Homes Blacktail project in Kestrel Summerlin. My client was curious because what happens when Woodside Homes Vireo project starts building across the street in Kestrel Commons Summerlin. My client was aware that I cannot guarantee any views, he was more or less just curious about height levels and trying to figure out what the views may look like.
