DETECTIVE STOPS ME **DISMISSED** | "THIS IS A POLICE PRIVATE LOT" |

It was on Thursday January 12th 2023 out approximately 11:34, outside of the Quincy Police Department, in Quincy Massachusetts. I was doing a follow up from a year and a 1/2 ago and also a couple months back. I stopped at the police department a year and a 1/2 ago in June of 2021 and I stopped at a energy facility in October of 2022. It only took about 3 minutes for a Detective to approach me. Two other cops joined in and I was questioned what I was doing in a alleged private police lot. I was also asked if I was part of the FBI.
