cheesecake batter~ 16 ounces cream cheese, 2/3 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup sour cream, two pinches of salt, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, two eggs, 1 & 1/2 teaspoon mint extract, 15 drops green food coloring
~ One cup of water in the instant pot, 28 minutes cook time, 10 minutes natural pressure release, overnight in fridge
