Recipe :
* Crust 1&1/2 cups ground almonds, 4 tbsp melted butter, a pinch of salt
* Cheesecake Filling: 16 oz cream cheese, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, two pinches salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla, two eggs,1/4 cup flour, 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk, one cup coconut,
* Topping: 1/4 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/4 cup toasted coconut
* 1 cup water in the instant pot
* 28 min cook time + 10 min rest + fridge overnight
