Black Not So Soy Sauce

This is a simple process as you can see, but it is a money saver. It bears a strong resemblance to making syrup which I mention in the video. Making a basic syrup is a good one to know. When you learn a recipe you learn one thing. When you learn the ratios it opens a whole new world of opportunity.

This is where I made the Not So Soy Sauce. It is the same process as making Soy Sauce. I never did part 2 because really draining the liquid off and water bath canning it is a no brainer.
