The Water Wars in the American southwest are heating up. A rural, unincorporated area outside Scottsdale AZ is suing Scottsdale for ending water truck deliveries to their homes. The high and dry residents say a utility has been cut off and Scottsdale violated AZ law. Scottsdale Mayor says water isn't a compassion issue.
