With the real estate market working toward returning to some semblance of normalcy, home sellers are starting to see the number of listings that don't sell, increase. That seems counterintuitive because the inventory of homes in Orange County is still terribly low. Hear my full thoughts here:

The general consensus on why a home may not sell is that it comes down to three factors; PRICE, CONDITION and/or EXPOSURE. Here are my thoughts on this.
