Starting to get tough! I think doing the reps a bit more rapid fire, so to speak helps a bit. As the hardest thing with Front Squats is just maintaining positioning and getting breaths in, as the bar is choking you, hahaha. And every second spent between reps just makes it more excruciating. So hammering out the reps as quickly as possible, then getting in a breath when needed; rinse and repeat, seems to be an effective strategy. Onwards!
