Something I get asked often, What Exercises Will Improve Posture?
Our posture is heavily impacted by the things that we do often, so our workplaces often have a huge impact on how our posture will be. If you work at a desk or are driving often then you likely have upper cross syndrome, also known as kyphosis. This is where you round your back forwards and it gives bad posture, but I talk about a few different exercises in this video, where you can start to undo some of the damage that office jobs have caused us.
