The work week begins. Norm begins his third week in D.C. in his capacity as legal defense counsel for Joe Biggs, the Proud Boy charged with seditious conspiracy in connection with the events of January 6, 2021.

The City of San Francisco has published its Draft Reparations Plan, which provides for economic incentives including a $5MM lump sum payment to each individual, supplemental income to reach median salary ranges for each individual, a debt forgiveness program, tax credits, retirement planning, and a reparations trust.
