If the thief knew he had $2 billion in Crypto why did he settle for only $400,000 and surely with the crash of crypto the $2 billion dollars would now only be $300 million?

This is another stalling tactic another bunch of lies because they are concerned that Sam Lee is trying to steal the HyperCommunity that they are still fleecing USDT from.
