Captured a wild Ross Creek Rye from Elk Island and Here’s What Happened

The Master Distiller for Ross Creek Rye hand selects (and mills) rye grain that has been grown on a family operated farm conveniently located near the distillery. This rye eventually becomes Ross Creek Rye bottled at 44.4% ABV and released to the masses in serial numbered batches.
