Many children in Ecuador suffer from chronic malnutrition

Aid agencies have warned that chronic malnutrition among children in Ecuador is spiralling out of control.
Almost half of all children under the age of two do not get enough to eat.
Among Indigenous communities, the issue is even more prevalent.
