Away in a manger

The first known appearance of the song in print was January 1882 in a Boston newspaper named "The Congregationalist". 2 years later in appeared in a hymnal called "Little Children’s Book for Schools and Families". Since then "Away in a Manger" has become a wildly popular Christmas carol sang and enjoyed all over the world. It's one of my favorites. I hope you enjoy it too.
