At over a gallon, San Antonio Texas's Wow Wow Lemonade offers a giant food challenge. Today we had 30 minutes to get the $100 the acai for free, and a brain freeze is guaranteed win or lose! This hard food challenge had never been eaten or beaten, and this man vs food food challenge. This is both a healthy food challenge (kinda compared to some items), a vegetarian food challenge and vegan food challenge. And arguably a dessert challenge. Acai itself is called Açaí na tigela and is a Brazilian dessert from Pará and Amazonas, where the Ribeirinhos people prepare it regularly. It is a dish made with the frozen and mashed fruit of the açaí palm, which has berries described as having an "earthy" or creamy taste. So essentially a thick smoothy made with acai, banana, and other fruits often topped with nutella, peanut butter, coconut, granola, etc.
