Dept. of Transportation offers solution for U.S. housing crisis

Every day we rely on highway maintenance workers to keep our economy moving, but right now there's a nationwide shortage of highway maintenance workers. The U.S. Department of Transportation is offering a creative solution that will not only fill these vacant positions, but use housing as an incentive to attract workers.
