I N G R E D I E N T S

-8 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
-1/3 Cup (10g) All-Purpose Flour
-2 Tbsp Liquid Egg Whites
-1.5 oz (42g) Oven Baked Flamin’ Hot Cheetos
-1 Tsp Flavor God Everything Spicy Seasoning

I N S T R U C T I O N S

1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. (You can also make these in an air fryer at 375 for 12-15 minutes).
2. Set up your station by slicing chicken breasts into strips. In three separate bowls, combine flour/seasoning, pour egg whites and crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos (crush them either in a plastic bag by hand or in a blender/food processor).
3. Coat chicken strips evenly in the flour mix, then in the egg whites, and finally with the crushed up Cheetos.
4. Place chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook for 20 minutes (flipping halfway though to cook evenly).
5. Enjoy with some fat free ranch (optional) and get shredded!
