Happy Martin Luther King Junior day today. I wanna give you an update. That's really not an update on Brumback vs. Ferguson.

We're still waiting.

I know a lot of you are just holding your breath trying to get the court to move as we are, but we're still awaiting Judge D's ruling. She did say 30 days, which is obviously come and gone, hopefully we're going to hear something soon. We will let you know as soon as we can. I assure you of that. We know a lot of you have been praying and supporting us through our Second Amendment, legal foundation or legal fund.

We're going to keep crushing this. We're going to keep suing on this. We're going to keep challenging. These issues, but we still don't have a ruling from the judge.

So that's where we are in that we want to give you two other critical elements. As the legislative session occurs, we've got our good friend Bill Kirk with Washington
Gun Law, who's put a lot of great information out on legislation as well as litigation throughout the country. So if you don't follow Washington Gun Law, please do
that because this is a great way for you to stay on top of what's happening. Again, we'll make sure that we get the information out. We typically share it with Bill very quickly after we have whatever information we've got.

So we definitely want to make sure that you're on top of this. In addition to Washington Gun Law, we've got this other organization, and I don't know how many of you follow this group, but it's it's they've become a good friend of ours,
too: Washington Civil Rights Association. They're focused on gun issues, and I want to share the way they've broken everything down on the legislative issues. So there's the assault weapons ban, they got a house bill, the companion
Senate Bill, House Bill, Companion Senate Bill. Links to comments, a little synopsis of what this is, the permits to purchase.

So there's a lot going on in Olympia this year. So if you're not following it either, through we've seen the Washington State Republican Party sent stuff out conservative Ladies of Washington. Those are the groups that I've seen mostly and obviously Washington gun law bill Kirks put stuff out. But this is a really great single place if you're a 2A, you know, kind of want to geek out on 2A issues?

Check Washington Civil Rights association out if you haven't already.

But again, bottom line is we're still awaiting or decision and Brumback we're going to do everything we can to help folks testify and let Olympia. But we obviously have Brumback, we've got Federal Way guns and we've got heavy, heavy litigation and discovery that's ongoing. And that we also we're going on a couple of other lawsuits that we'd like to file ahead of session in response to the 2022 legislation and obviously we're going to have our work cut out ahead of us of what happens 2023.

So we will keep fighting for your Second Amendment rights. We will do everything we can to stand for that and stop these bad laws. And when they're enacted, we're going to challenge them. You can absolutely bet that, because we know that we absolutely need the right to protect ourselves, whether it's against bad actors who are individuals or whether it's bad government actors. So we will stand for your Second Amendment rights. Please, please, please keep sharing, supporting, and praying for us. We need. Everything we can get, we're going to do everything we can with the resources we have. But as we continue to grow and bring on more lawsuits, we could definitely use those continued donations. God bless. Have a great Martin Luther King day.

We'll talk soon.
