In this video i show you two great fitness drills that you can do anywhere from your garden, park, indoors. These exercises will help improve your fitness not only for daily life but for football aswell, because when it comes to football i want you to be the fittest person on that pitch.

These exercises help working on your sprints. In football it is important to have quick and powerful sprints to get to the ball first or close the opposition down, however when sprinting you also want to make sure that you can decelerate which is also important skill to learn. The second exercise in this video helps on working on deceleration but also changing direction at speed which is important as a footballer to track your runners or a tricky winger trying to skill up a defender.
