Solo Goalkeeping Session for All Abilities!!

This is a Goalkeeping session you can do at home or in the park to help improve your reflexes, handling and distribution. In this video i do different exercises that will help you work on these components as a goalie. Feel free to work on only one exercise in the video and spend more repetition on that if you feel that is your weaker area as a goalkeeper. These different goalie drills are for all abilities and will help you get used to having the ball in your hands.

Goalkeeper coaching is important as it being a goalkeeper is the most important position on the pitch, so if we can help improve their skills set in any way possible i believe we should.

The main part of this video we work on catching the ball, i believe goalkeepers should try and catch the ball as much as possible when they are in goal and only really push it out to the side when they have to.
