7 Minute Upper Body Bodyweight HIIT Cardio Workout No Equipment Needed. This is a complete 7-minute upper body bodyweight HIIT workout that you can do at home, or at the gym... This workout will get your heart rate up, even though you are only using your body weight. The addition of plyometrics towards the end of the workout will make it a Tabata interval workout.
