Andrew Thought he could continue to bribe some people in Romania and certainly for a time it worked but he honestly believe he can join the club of corrupts, just like that, because he is an American coming to Romania:)) He missed his time by 15 to 20 years.
Some corruption was accesible to him but ultimately not what he tried to do.
