Dozens missing from residential building in Ukraine after Russian missile strike

Dozens are still missing in the aftermath of a Russian missle attack on an apartment building in Dnipro. President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the search at this site will continue as long as there is even the slightest hope that there are people alive underneath the rubble.
