Panhandler hits car at red light. 2022-01-15 at Menchaca + 290, Austin, Texas. This was recorded by the Tesla cameras. Unfortunately, Tesla writes to different .mp4 files every minute, and there was a second or two of missed video where the panhandler was banging on the car window.
