After finding the documents at the office of Penn Center. Penn Center is the same center that has gotten $$$ from China. They discover the records in early November and alert the DOJ. And, the DOJ didn’t send the FBI. The president’s personal attorney did the search for the documents even though they didn’t have security clearance to perform the standard search procedures.
