These exercises help improve your close control in tight spaces, work on having nice soft touches with all parts of your foot to get you to be comfortable using a wide range of techniques. The main parts of the foot that we used in these exercises was the inside and the outside part of the foot. The outside part of your foot is really important to master as it helps you move the ball quickly if you want to cut it or chop it back when dribbling.
