The Paducah – Portsmouth Plutonium Project

The Portsmouth, OH nuclear whistleblowers meet in Paducah, KY with a brother whistleblower to exchange evidence and accounts of corruption and crimes at the hands of the United States Enrichment Corporation (USEC).

The Portsmouth plant and the Paducah plant were brother plants that enriched uranium and were both ran at one point by USEC.
