How eactly do taxpayer funded business have "private earned income"?

You deseerve to know how YOUR tax dollars can pay the bills for a business that in turn spends it sponsoring chamber luncheons. When I asked, they removed the post comments, So the post in this video and then go ask your commissioners how this works.
